Pony camp ages 4 to 10 and under 65 pounds

 The pony camp will be three hours long. In those three hours, participants will learn basic horsemanship such as catching, leading, brushing, bathing, saddling, riding and harnessing for carriage rides. After ponies are harnessed, participants will go on a carriage ride where they will learn how to drive the carriage. Participants will also create a fun take home craft. Something new this year is we have added pets to our camps. Kid will be able to pet and snuggle baby goats, a pig, rabbits, snakes and a bearded dragon if they choose. If time permits, participants will have the chance to color and pamper a pony. 

Everyone will be separated into five groups of four based on age. Each group will have their own pony and trainer. If children are not comfortable leaving parents, it might be best for them to wait a year. A few weeks before the camp,…
